Our Japanese team was awarded the Gold in the Best Use of Social Media on Mobile category for their work on the \u201cCarrie Call\u201d campaign for Sony.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt is a great honor to receive the inaugural Socialathon APAC award,\u201d said Hirotsugu Morimoto UM Japan\u2019s Communication Producer. \u201cWe are proud that the \u2018Carrie Call\u2019 campaign is leading the way in aligning TV and social. With TV\u2019s strong impact on consumer communication in this market, being able to put social at the center of our work opens up fantastic opportunities for our clients.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>DMA&#8217;s Socialathon Awards recognize and award the work that is not only able to fully tap on the potential of social media platforms for marketing, but also work that lays the benchmarks and future trends for social media marketing.
