Media communications agency UM Australia has captured third place in the prestigious Best Places to Work in Asia ranking for 2015 that were announced today. The new ranking follows the agency\u2019s\u00a0fourth ranking in the Best Places to Work for Australia in 2014.<\/p>\n

In the Top Five places to work in Asia, first place went to IT company Atlassian and second place was awarded to financial services company Optiver. Other businesses in the top five are The Physio Company in the healthcare sector and The Starlight Children\u2019s Foundation. See the full listing at:<\/p>\n

Best Places to Work is published by global workplace assessment and research company Great Place to Work. The rankings are determined by combining results from an employee survey, which measures behaviours known to lead to a trusting workplace, with a \u201cculture audit\u201d that gives human resources personnel the chance to express their company\u2019s unique culture.<\/p>\n

According to Great Place to Work, \u201cThe Best Workplaces in Asia list recognises organisations in the Asia region that are dedicated to sustaining high-trust cultures for their employees. These workplaces are distinguished by their extraordinary levels of trust, pride, and camaraderie.
