Due to the rapid development of IT technology in recent years, we consider the protection of personal information to be of the utmost importance in carrying out our business, and we will protect personal information and live up to the trust placed in us. All employees working at our company fully recognize the importance of protecting personal information, and we hereby establish the following personal information protection policy.
1. When acquiring, using, or providing personal information, we will clearly define the purpose, obtain the consent of the individual, handle the information in a lawful and fair manner, and will not use the information for any purpose other than our business purposes. In addition, we will take measures to ensure that personal information is not used for any other purpose than our business purposes.
(1) When we receive personal information from customers:
We will handle such information in accordance with the rules and regulations regarding confidentiality and handling of personal information between the customer and our company.
(2) When we outsource personal information:
We will handle the information in accordance with contracts, memoranda, etc. regarding confidentiality and the handling of personal information established between the outsourcee and our company.
(3) When we directly acquire personal information:
We will acquire, use, and provide personal information only after explaining the purpose of acquisition to the consumer in advance and obtaining their consent.
2. We will take reasonable safety measures in technical and organizational terms to prevent the risk of leakage, loss, or damage of personal information, and will promptly take corrective and preventive measures if any problems arise regarding the proper management of personal information.
3. We will comply with laws, regulations, national guidelines, and other standards related to personal information.
4. We will regularly educate our directors and all employees on the personal information protection policy to ensure that they fully understand the personal information protection policy, and thoroughly comply with the management system regarding personal information protection. We will also continually review and strive to improve the management system.
5. We will respond sincerely to any complaints and inquiries regarding personal information.

If an individual requests the disclosure, correction, or deletion of their own personal information that we have the right to disclose, correct, or delete, or the record of the provision to a third party, we will respond within a reasonable period and scope after confirming that the person making the request is the individual.
